I have had the benefit of Mike's knowledge and expertise over this past year, when I moved to my new home. I have no previous experience with furnaces, and he has helped me to navigate and deal with some concerns, as well as resolving some issues. He reflects a knowledgeable, professional, approachable and respectful manner, infused with such a warm and positive attitude. He is always very patient as he listens to, and answers my questions, and then takes me through the actual process, as he determines whether or not there is a problem. Nobody wants to have a problem with their furnace, but in the event of a problem... Mike is the one who I would ask for, to respond to that call.
